Aims of SKRF

hi I'm Billy the Kidney. I want to raise as much money as I can for the Sheffield Kidney Research Foundation, so I can help more people with kidney diseases get better. The foundation, launched in 1990, funds a center of research excellence. The breakthroughs it could make will effect every kidney patient and save many lives. SKRF aims to try and find ways of slowing down kidney failure. To understand why kidneys become scarred, then new treatment can be designed to stop the scarring, or even better, make kidneys healthy again.

However it is you who can help! Give a donation today to help save someone's life or improve their standard of living.

Ways you can help

Give as you earn: Regular gifts from your income are usually worth 25p in the pound more to us - for every 75p you donate, we receive £1.00!

Covenanted Donations: Covenants over 4 -7 years will enable the kidney research foundation to reclaim the tax you have already paid.

Donations: All donations are welcome, whether large or small. If you wish to qualify for the gift aid scheme a single donation over £600 needs to be made. We also welcome gifts such as prizes for raffles or other events which we hold.

Corporate Sponsorship: For an agreed sum your company can be become an official sponsor of the Sheffield Kidney Research Foundation
